Mr. Hall begins with an overview of the company, “Greenwood Hall is a student life cycle management company, so colleges and universities hire us to basically manage every aspect of their student management from recruitment, to making sure students are successful, to making sure students have a positive outcome, that they’re in a career and have a positive experience with their education.”
He goes into the company’s business model, “The business model is a fee-for-service model, typically multi-year contracts, minimum one-year contracts and typically it’s very difficult – once a school is working with us, it’s very difficult for a school to depart. In the last three years when we’ve had state schools come up for renewal, we’ve had 100% renewal rate.”
He then discusses the competition in the student services space, “One of the things that we’re very blessed with is we probably have about 10 companies in our space.
