“NAPCO is a manufacturer of security systems for homes and businesses and schools, and we sell our products ‘B2B’ [business-to-business]. So, we have a dealer network of about 10,000 dealers across the USA and they are marketing our products for us… we distribute throughout the whole USA and we also export our products to about 30 countries,” Mr. Soloway begins.
Mr. Soloway then discusses the companies that install NAPCO’s products, as well as the recurring revenue model the Company recently launched two years ago, “Not only are we manufacturing products, but many of these products now are giving us recurring revenue. It’s a whole new area for us in the last two years, and our recurring revenue is increasing tremendously and we expect it to continue.” He continues to discuss NAPCO’s business model and the future of the company.
