SNNLive spoke with David Bukzin, Partner-in-Charge in the Assurance Services Division at Marcum LLP at the Inaugural Marcum MicroCap Investor Conference 2012 in New York City. Mr. Bukzin was in charge of running and executing the company’s first investor conference, who was very pleased with the results, “When we decided to put the conference together…we heard a lot of feedback, an accounting firm putting a conference together just doesn’t work, and they were wrong. The response was overwhelming. We had 8 investment banks…for the cost of a sponsorship, they almost had their own conference…the Micro-Cap companies really appreciated having a top flight opportunity to tell their investment case right here, on 45th street at the Roosevelt Hotel here in New York”, as he states.
