Masterpiece Investments Corp. is a fine art company with a high tech twist; The Evolution of Fine Art. The Company is comprised of a Charitable Division which contributes bronze sculpture and fine art silver bullion to non-profit charitable auctions throughout the country, Additive Workshop which is a state-of-the-art 3D scanning, printing, sculpting and imaging studio which specializes in creating monumental sculpture whose clients consist of: sculptors, advertising agencies, movie houses, and other large brands such as Nike, Adidas, Laika Films, and Wynn Casino Resorts. The newest addition to the Company is the Bullion Division which mints limited-edition fine art pure silver 100oz. bars and 1oz. medallions emblazoned with artwork by famed sculptor and painter Lorenzo Ghiglieri. A partner in Chiurazzi Internatrional, LTD, the Company not only has access to the largest treasure trove of Italian art immortalized through the Chiurazzi Mould Collection of more than 1,650 moulds, Chiurazzi International will also be executing a public listing creating liquidity for Masterpiece Investments’ ownership interest. SNNLive caught up with Mark Ghiglieri, CEO of Masterpiece Investments Corp. at the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) Conference 2012 in New York City.

Since we last talked with Mark in October 2011, a lot has happened with Masterpiece. Mr. Ghiglieri discusses how, “Masterpiece is officially a public company now, we signed an MOU with a public entity…we will be trading on the OTCBB in about 6-8 weeks.” He goes on to explain the importance of these developments: “Going public provides a liquid event for my shareholder base, allows Masterpiece to grow to its maximum potential, will provide us with additional capital for growing to a 100,000 sq ft. production facility, acquisitions of two other businesses to include a foundry, and to continue to provide jobs in Oregon and other states.”
